I waited 3 an a half hours cause they couldn’t get me logged in. So mor a more people were. Getting ahead of me. I had my dogs sample in a sand which bag that I gave to them at beginning. Then 3.5 hours later the lady tells me it has to be brought in a tube. I told her I couldn’t find one. Then I’m told there was no fee for the fecal test I was told I could buy tube for 50 dollars. At this point I said I want to talk to the vet. Anyways I had discount I wanted to show them but they were just trying to get me out I don’t Evan think the test is gonna be done
