Sloane's Carpet Secret

Not only was my buying experience at Sloane's relaxed and fun, not only was my carpet high quality, beautiful, and way budget friendly, but Emanuel Madrid, aka M&G Flooring, did a fantastic installation, start to finish. Emanuel was prompt, efficient, professional, friendly and more than fair. He even cut my bedroom door so it would shut with the thicker carpet! He handled everything so well that it almost seemed effortless, though it definitely was not! 5stars++++

We went carpet shopping at Sloan’s and it was a great experience. We went with the Tarkett Home option as we had a very specific style in mind. Their pricing is superior to everyone else and their installers are the best. Emmanuel at M&G Flooring was our installer and incredible. He was patient and very experienced with our patterned carpet. Him and his crew lined up every herringbone line throughout our whole house which is no small task. Overall a great experience for our first time carpet shopping and it was very reasonably priced!

Overall, pretty great experience with Sloane's - customer service was great, good selection and appreciated having the discount rack to choose from for small spaces! We were under-quoted about 150 sq. ft after we went in with an estimated 400-500 sq. ft, yet they attempted to use our few measurements to estimate (after mentioning that our measurements were not accounting for most of the area) - which they then came up with 312 sq. ft. We ended up paying 1/3x more than our original quote, which was ultimately not a big deal but worth mentioning that as a customer, I would rather have been given and agreed upon the higher quote based on our estimate vs. being under quoted then have to turn around to pay more. The real frustration was with our installer and the lack of communication. The job

We made an appointment, showed up a little early and someone was almost immediately available to help us. We were in and out within an hour. Our installer Leon was excellent! This place is no longer a secret but it’s fantastic prices and warehouse remnants. We have been here several times and we work with installed Daniel. This is the place to go to get your carpet done well and under budget. Most Denver investors & their designers shop here. They have LVP too. Pick the carpet, inspect it, make sure you have enough. Once you buy it, they can recommend a sub contractor installer to come out and measure. You can get a sample to take only after you buy it, but you CAN exchange the carpet prior to it leaving the warehouse if you made a mistake on your choice. We like working with this company a lot. Brody helped my clients last time & was fun to work with.
