Juan tailors each session based on training goals and our dog’s needs - mostly training at home, and going outdoors or around other dogs when distractions are needed. His approach is calm, gentle, and consistent, which worked perfectly for our energetic but sometimes stubborn dog. After completing the first phase of obedience training, our dog went from pulling on leash and getting distracted by other dogs to walking nicely on leash, heeling without pulling, and staying calm during on-leash greetings. Juan came highly recommended by another of his clients. He came by to introduce himself and us to his program. Over the course of several months we met weekly to follow the program. Level 1 is about learning the basics (for us and our dog) - it is the foundation to Level 2 and Level 3. We just finished Level 2 and can’t believe how far our dog has come. Juan is friendly, positive, and flexible. Most of all he is amazing with dogs.

Juan, is an excellent balanced trainer. Helped my 110lb Pyrenees shepherd mix to go from extremely reactive of all other dogs, to being able to become a go anywhere dog my wife and I always had dreamed of. Please note though, its not an instant fix, takes a lot of effort from owners as well.
