Dr. Reed’s staff is always so welcoming! Dr. Shari Johnson is wonderful — she takes the time to explain everything, truly listens to our concerns, and always gives thoughtful options for the best care for our pets, Buddy and Sevin. She’s kind, patient, and always on time. Rosie is amazing — her warm smile and great attitude make every visit enjoyable. She always remembers us and handles everything with Trupanion effortlessly! Lindsey, the Lead Dental Technician, is absolutely amazing! She explained the process clearly and in detail. When we had some concerns about our older dog, Sevin, she took the time to walk us through all our options. Lindsey went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. Very friendly staff from start to finish. I have been using Reed Animal Hospital for a decade and two dogs and they are the best. They are awesome with my pup, clear and practical recommendations and reasonable pricing. They work well with pet insurance too. Highly recommend if you want a good vet with a great team to care for your pet.

Great place to take your pets. Vets and staff are always very friendly, sincerely care about the pets, and very knowledgeable. Have been taking my dog there for many years and will continue to take him there! If you haven't already, give Reed Animal Hospital a try. Dr.Johnson, Rosie and Jill. These are the staff members that I have dealt with the most over the years. All three are fantastic at their jobs and have great personalities. But all the staff are wonderful, friendly people who are very good at what they do to make Reed Animal Hospital a great place for your pets. A Cautionary Tale of Greed, Negligence, and Heartbreak – Avoid Reed Animal Hospital at All Costs. I have visited this branch in the past, my dog was killed by the Saratoga branch and I feel the offices practices are widespread to warrant this warning. If you value your pet’s life, do not take them to Reed Animal Hospital. I say this after years of being a loyal client who brought all five of my dogs here, trusting that the premium prices reflected quality care. What I eventually learned — in the most painful way imaginable — is that this clinic is driven not by compassion or competence, but by greed, negligence, and a shocking lack of integrity. Every experience we've had at Reed with Dr. Johnson, the techs and front desk have all been very positive. They take the anxiety out of the vet visits for me and my babies. I love everyone even the ones I haven't met before they act like they've known us forever and it is so comforting and puts us at ease. My recent passed puppy Benny went to Reed a hundred times for various reasons then a terminal illness and he still walked right in the door every time. I would not have been able to grieve and process his illness and passing without the unending support from everyone at Reed.
