Sit Means Sit is the most incredible, ease of mind and confidence building dog training organization. We were hesitant about a remote and ecollar on our pet, but after being educated and trained there was no turning back. We have a new well mannered dog now. She no longer pulls on walks, barks for attention when having conversations, jumps or has “Zoomies” in the evening. This is the best investment we have ever made and highly recommend them to everyone we meet.

Sit Means Sit is an amazing community! When we got our dog, he was already a good boy at home but needed help with certain things like reactivity to others, walking without pulling and we wanted him be an off leash dog. When we met Amy for our initial consultation, she mentioned the therapy dog group called The Go Team and that Bear, our dog would be a great fit! Luckily, he went through the Sit Means Sit program and easily passed the Good Canine Citizenship exam and passed the exam to join The Go Team! Wow, what a wonderful adventure it has been and continues to be with Sit Means Sit!! Thank you Sit Means Sit for helping us get bear to reach his potential! We are grateful for the families and dogs we have met through your training program, that are now lifelong friends! TL;DR Sit Means S

We brought our 3 yr old doberman that we had adopted to training. They were very helpful and kind helping us teach our pet Nitro. We love the weekly extra group training, helps keep Nitro on his toes

Honest review. I have to say that I was sceptical about using an e-collar and also about how much a dog could truly be trained here at sit means sit. However, my scepticism no longer exists. From the moment we showed up sit means sit had nothing but patience and kindness. We voiced our worries about an e-collar and the strategies and they took their time to explain everything to us very thoughtfully. Our dog Addy was rescued from a shelter and we got her at about 4 months. We did 1 puppy class and 3 all day classes with sit means sit. In addition, they allow you to attend group classes for up to a year I believe. I will say, I went to a couple group classes and realized I didn't need them because my dog was so good. lol No lying!! I did not want a "show dog" and I did not care for my dog

I started working with Sit Means Sit July 2024. Initially I was hesitant about utilizing an E-Collar as a training modality. Simply I do not like the idea/psychology of it. However, I came to be the primary caregiver for my parents dog Luna a Belgian Malinois (the Ferrari of dogs apparently) because her behavior were too much for them to handle. As I assessed the situation I felt this breed, and my lack of time to commit as I would prefer(seeing as I did not anticipate owning a Belgian malinois), needed a quick solution because if no solution was found then she would be rehoused and possibly sent to a shelter. I personally was not comfortable with placing her in a shelter knowing that this breed has a difficult time getting adopted due to their high needs. So I took a chance on Sit Means S
