My daughter got a new fancy goldfish for her birthday & we came here to get a setup. We purchased the 20 gallon kit, some plants & a few other essentials. Everyone was incredibly helpful & the employees in the aquatic department are amazing & very knowledgeable. Thank you to the team for your help!

I love PetSmart, I use their grooming, Pet Hotel, and training services. I also shop for food and treats there for my 2 Cane Corso dogs.

I had a grooming appointment for my dog today, and when I arrived, I was told they couldn’t take my dog because they had a few call-outs. I understand that things happen, but what frustrated me was that no one bothered to contact me ahead of time to let me know. When I asked why I wasn’t informed, I was told that it’s the manager’s job to contact customers — yet no one did. It’s extremely inconvenient to show up for a scheduled appointment only to be turned away, especially when this could have been easily avoided with a simple phone call or message. Very poor communication and customer service. I won’t be bringing my dog back here.

Overall: I have been here a few times for other people's furry friends. The plus it that they seem to have many items I may purchase for just about any pet. A vet on site as well as a hotel is a nice piece of mind. Now, I do not have a four pawed buddy, so when I did walk in, the scent did hit me. Still, I am glad to have this store in our area. 3.5 stars...

Been to this location many times, large parking lot but can get very busy; large store, lots of options. Very friendly helpful staff. Will return and highly recommend.
