I came in upset and a little sideways. The guy helping was extremely polite and calmed me down bybbeing very understanding. He worked with me and talked me through what needed to be done. I feel he could have very easily been just as rude back to me as I was him. Very professional and obviously a very nice guy just doing his job.

Can't trust their hours or them to answer the phone when you call to ask about adoption hours. We tried multiple times this weekend to adopt a kitten we had fell in love with and they adopted him out from under us because they cant communicate

This shelter is killing kittens! This shelter is putting sick, underage (4 weeks old) kittens into petsmart and not monitoring them or giving them proper veterinary care. Not only are they adopting out unfixed cats which is contributing to the cat crisis but they are also putting kittens up for adoption who desperately need medical attention and aren’t even big enough to eat solid foods yet. This rescue should be ashamed. Someone needs to intervene and save these poor kittens and cats

Wonderful no-kill shelter in Sioux City. Animal control holds the animal for 7 days. If no owner claims their animal, they put them up for adoption. The animals are vaccinated and well cared for. The staff really loves their critters and finding the right home for their animals. If they can't place an animal, FOTAS or Noah's Hope helps them find a foster or new home. I have adopted a few animals from here and have always loved the process.

These are the sweetest people. Everyone that works there is an animal lover and advocate. I got my first dog from them 14 years ago and he is still happy and healthy. Just adopted another dog two days ago so the old dog can teach her a few tricks before he crosses over. They are filled to capacity so if you want a forever friend, please skip the puppy mills and look here.
