Handled the adoption process of our kitten HORRIBLY. We asked to put a kitten on hold the night prior because the cat area was closed for the night. We got it okayed and even offered to put a payment down which we were told was not necessary as long as we were there the next day at 5:30. I called today to confirm my partner was coming to pick up the kitten and the person on the phone told me that he had to be there by 5 and would not listen to me when I said I was told otherwise. He also told me that many people have been waiting for this cat and that he would not hold him a minute longer than 5 with a lot of attitude. Your store should stop selling the wild caught jumping spiders. I bought 3 from this store. 2 out of the 3 have had babies. Lots and lots of babies. Luckily I have a bunch already and know how to handle that situation. But someone that does not know anything about them would be in a terrible situation! I didn't even know she had laid an egg sack until I had 30 of them escaping from her enclosure. I now have 57 jumping spiders just from the first one I bought and now the second one has just laid an egg sack. Very disappointed in how they are kept there and sold to people not knowing they are wild caught and pregnant! Do better!!

Staff was warm and welcoming. Winston seemed comfortable with his pet groomer. I am very comfortable leaving him with staff here.

Place was well-stocked. I appreciate the product name signs throughout the aisles - makes it real easy to find what I'm looking for. Also, the cashier was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
