Disappointed installation. My current kitchen has Corian countertops, my sister's kitchen (less than 5 yrs old) has Corian countertops, I saw a display of a Corian countertop in the showroom, and I ordered and paid for a Corian countertop. My new countertop did NOT meet the expectation of a thick, solid surface countertop. When I told the salesperson of my disappointment in the quality, she basically said I shouldn't have had my expectations. I do question whether I actually received a Dupont product. But I cannot figure out how to prove it one way or the other. I suggest you find another kitchen store.

Moved into a newly constructed house 2-yrs ago. We had not noticed until AFTER all paperwork was signed and we were moving in that the carpeted stairs had no padding. We attempted to receive resolution from our contractor and Sibco - we were ignored or told "too bad". Today, as we pulled up carpet to replace we found "shims" to level out the floor at the base of the stairs. Just another instance of low quality work. I won't even go into the cabinets and how they are installed and damage masked so not found until you do a proper wipe down and find all kinds of marks and imperfections that the installers would most definitely have seen. If you choose to do business with them, be on them like two coats of wet paint. Otherwise, buyer and potential buyers beware!!!

Great customer service and a wild amount of options. Karen really sets the bar for kitchen designers.
