I really tried to give ShotVet the benefit of the doubt. I bought multiple pet vaccine packages, but after two last-minute clinic cancellations and poor communication, I finally made it to an appointment—only to be told they were out of the rabies vaccine I needed. Customer service refused a refund and offered only store credit, despite the delays being on their end. Now I have to pay out of pocket elsewhere. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
