They are chronically not open on time Sundays, the day we can run errands. The posted time on the door and online is 10am. We usually swing by somewhere between 10-10.30. They are never open - door locked, no signs of life. No idea when they actually open. No idea why they don't just change the open time if 10am is not realistic. We have spent 300-500$ per month there for over the last two years, wanting to support local businesses, but today was the last straw (showed up at 10.20 and - no one). We are in the process of looking elsewhere for our pets' needs. Edit: we live 30 min away so, every time this happens we have designed a larger errand loop to include this stop - and THEN have to, repeatedly, make a separate trip at some later point, if we want our order. The staff consistently go above and beyond to help us find what we need. They are always friendly and helpful. We also appreciate their grooming services.

Came for propane as they said 11-5:30 to get tanks filled. Waited till 12 and no one showed to fill them, owners of place didn't respond to employees texts or calls. Would not waste time here again, place stinks when you walk in and is always dirty as well.

Been coming here for years. The customer service is fantastic. Food products, toys, and grooming all great. Recommend!

Adopted these two fur babies through FuRRR feline rescue. Pet connection hosts some of their cats to help get them adopted sooner. The store has a host of animal supplies and I've bought many cat and dog toys from here. Prices are fair and I always prefer to buy local and small business as opposed to large company's.
