I have a 9-week-old kitten that needed a 2nd opinion for an illness he has had for one month now. Dr Robinson spent quality time with me explaining about his illness and doing a thorough exam on my little guy. He didn't do any unnecessary tests on him. Their prices are very reasonable, and it shows me they take care of their feline/canine patients because they really care and it's not about the money. I feel relieved knowing we are on the right track of getting better now.

I love all the doctors there and I just saw Dr Wong the other day. She’s a great addition! All the doctors are so kind and it the are truly happy to be helping with my dogs when I bring them. They also show so much compassion when you have to let your dog go. I have already recommended them to my mom and she brings her dog there as well.

My dog was hit by a car crushing the end of her tail. Dr. Robinson acted quickly to examine and schedule her for surgery since the end of the tail had been crushed and required amputation. My dog was treated with great care, I was kept informed every step of the way. From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Robinson everyone acted kindly and professionally. I highly recommend Shorewood Animal Hospital.

We love them! We take my whole crew of dogs here. . They are very caring, affordable and always helpful to get us in when we need it. All of the vets are very kind and they don’t rush you through anything. I always feel like my animals are cared for thoroughly here. And their prices are fair for sure!

Sorry, Doc - Hate to post a bad review, but your front of house Robin or Robyn just lost you a 25+ year customer. I grew up across the street from you guys in the subdivision behind the Dome Home. We brought all our animals to you over the years, and you guys were always compassionate and caring until lately. On the day when we needed you the most you let our family down. Have to put our sick dog Major down today. Called and left a message over the weekend, we get it - obviously Tuesday Labor Day is gonna be a mad house, but they could not fit us in in the AM to put our beloved dog to sleep. We Called twice, my wife and I begging for some compassion. I explained my daughter flew in from Florida just to be with him during this time and we were hoping to get squeezed in the late mornin
