Absolutely the best pet store ever! Our family has gotten several puppies from them over the years, and every single one has brought so much joy into our lives. The store is always spotlessly clean, safe, and welcoming, and the staff is beyond amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews at all; our experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. If you want a place that truly loves animals and treats families like theirs, this is the store to go to — I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had the pleasure to meet Jessica. She helped me with a difficult decision. I inherited my mom's Cat for some time and she seemed sad and missed my mom. I fell in love with a baby 4 month young kitten Tabby female gray. I was leary Jessica was right both Felines are best friends. So happy I did get the kitten. Thank you Jessica! Phenomenal is just an immense understatement for the experience I had at King Neptune’s Pet World today !!! I cannot express enough how enchanting it was to stop by here and receive the type of service and support I got from this extraordinary establishment. I want to give major kudos to this pet shop for having such pride, care and dedication to their quality and wisdom of customer service and pet care information. Being from the south customer & hospitality are the highest level of customer satisfaction one can imagine and Daisy went above and anything I could’ve expected. It is extremely rare and heartwarming to stumble upon an establishment that gives genuinely kind and ample services these days. Daisy was so delightful and informative about all of the shops animals/products as well

Bought 2 doxies from there. Both puppies. We had Buster till he was 15. Frankie is now 7. Nothing but a good experience here. Looking for another one soon!

I love king Neptune's! My kids and I would go in there weekly to visit and pet the puppies until one day we fell in love with one! Hes 2 now and literally the sweetest thing ever! 4lbs of pure snuggle! We had a great experience here and still go back to see new puppies!
