Went for the first time for our cat Isabell, they treated her with respect, and they were all very friendly. The doctor that treated her has also treated my German Shepard at a different vet office. Don’t was a surprise to see her, we loved her at the other office. Now she gets to treat all our animals at this office. That makes us very happy and more relaxed taking them here. We had to bring my 13.5 year old cat in, and sadly we had to say goodbye. When they called the day before to confirm the appointment, I told them I had a feeling how things were going to go, and when we arrived, they already had the sympathy candle lit. Hailey, the vet assistant was absolutely wonderful, she even stayed with us at my request while we said goodbye. Dr. Sarah was equally wonderful, very compassionate and understanding of our situation. We have 2 other cats and a dog, and we will definitely be using them for future care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They made a really heartbreaking experience almost bearable. This was our first time using them, but the impression they left was incredible.
