I contacted the balanced canine after visiting another local dog training facility that left a bad taste in my mouth just from a consultation. The owner Ariel spent a long time on the phone with me and during my eval as well. Ariel not only spent time w my dog Gypsy , but also explaining to me what was Causing her behavior problems. She is very knowledgeable , caring , calming , and a huge dog lover . I can tell she does this for the dogs. She is very flexible and understanding of my current situation too. The first place I went to was extremely over priced and questioned me on my decisions. I feel confident and trusting in the balanced canine. Highly highly recommend!

I've been taking private lessons with her for my aussie and we just love her. She works with my dog and makes a customized plan. She gives me homework but demonstrates everything during our lesson and sends a recap email. She has a lot of knowledge to share about Canine behavior and she has helped me better understand my dog! She also breaks things down in a way I can understand.

Ariel is AMAZING!! Ridge has been going to her since he was a puppy (5 years ago) and is the best. She is a great teacher and advocate for the dogs!

The trainers at The Balanced Canine are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I spent a lot of time searching for the right trainer for our pack. I knew I wanted a balanced trainer for our cat aggressive and dog reactive Pitt. Our trainer guided us to calm her anxiety, so she could nicely be around other dogs and cats. She also showed us how to build more confidence in our other dog. I love how we were on the same page for using excellent training tools such as E Collars and pinch collars to help our dogs walk nicely on leash. She also showed us how to use the E Collar for counter surfing and fence fighting. The Balanced Canine is very affordable and was a huge blessing to us and our pack.

The Balanced Canine is very affordable and knowledgeable. Our dogs LOVED their training sessions. We loved our training sessions as well because she pointed out things we needed to correct as pet owners. It was nice to have the option to go to our trainers house, where she has a cat to help our dog with her cat aggression. We also had her come to our house to help our dogs walk on our treadmill to help burn off their energy before we go to work. I would highly recommend The Balanced Canine.
