STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! My baby Antoni was seen here after he let out a yelp one day. We took him in and they did XRays, said it was a pinched nerve. They gave him injections and sent us home with medicine. Just an hour later he had gone completely paralyzed in his hind legs. We called and they said this was normal and he would heal over 3-6 weeks. This continued for days and we called repeatedly, saying that he was using the bathroom on himself. Well after calling multiple other vets for a second opinion, EVERY SINGLE VET said to bring him in immediately. Recently took my little Boston terrier Monty in to the vet at Shoppes of Estero Animal Hospital. We had an amazing experience! Dr. Oliver was very warm, patient and thorough during our visit. They took the time to explain what was going on with my dog Monty and explained all the different treatment options that we could do to help him. They were extremely gentle with monty and followed up after the appointment to check on his progress. I truly felt like they cared about my Monty like he was their own.

WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT COME HERE. This place neglected our dog. Please my dog is now paralyzed I need help and this inhumane person gave him two medicines that should not be given together to then tell me you can do whatever you want with the dog. They are scammers and negligent. You could see in the following picture the community manager trying to mask the situation. I have records of multiple callings after my first visit on Feb/10 where I was told his discomfort when walking was due to a long nail, second visit on Feb/11 was given NSAID with Dexamethasone (two shots that destroyed his insides as they should never be combined) and I called the vet multiple times to be told is normal for Toni to be paralyzed and to wait. Shoppes of Estero Animal Hospital went above and beyond for us. They were normally closed on Sunday, but they opened up just to see my pet. The staff was kind, professional, and truly cared about helping us during a stressful time. Thank you Dr. Oliver and the entire staff for being there when we needed help the most.

My 13 pound dachshund got really sick after hurricane Ian from the toxins in the water and they gave me tremendous support and helped me resolve the liver problem that she had gotten. Dr., along with Maxine were very supportive during the entire ordeal and I would recommend this veterinary clinic. I have been going to that clinic since she was 10 weeks old and they have been very informative and caring during each visit. My sweetie is now four years old and back to being a healthy, loving companion.
