Absolutely fantastic facility and staff. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk, Amy, to the technician Sara, and Dr. Tucker was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my dog who was having internal bleeding. In addition to getting my sweet dog better, I am so thankful they're open 24 hours 7 days a week . While I was there I saw a female staff member come outside and pick up a huge Golden Retriever who had a violent seizure before getting in the door. I feel their staff was very caring, detailed and professional.

I am so grateful for every one who helped us through this difficult 2 weeks before my sweet Azi passed away. The entire team treated him with beautiful kindness, love and care he or any pet deserves. It was a sudden shock to us to learn the level of emergency Azi needed when we got to the hospital, he was in critical condition and the doctors dropped everything and they took 10 hrs to test him and analyze the results to see what options we have to help my sweet baby boy. They explained everything so well, his body was carrying over 750 ml water, from a tumor by his heart that he is fighting. His breathing was critical but they were able to stabilize him and give us an extra week to process the critical condition. I was refered here from my normal vet because my dog was having intestinal issues. We sat in a room long enough for bloody poop to start drying on the floor. They knew we were there for intestinal issues. I feel like i was forgotten about because no one looked in or checked on us until i walked back out and asked if anyone was working today. Everyone was very nice but i didnt apprciate sitting in a room that smelled like poop because my dog was having an issue. Then when they called to schedule the appointment for the procedure, they would not tell me how much the procedure will cost, only that i would need to pay $265 on top of the $900+ dollars they charged for the first visit, for a consultation. Great experience! Our French Bulldog was transferred there after his IVDD surgery at SCAN for over night stay. Communication was great! They called to let me know when he arrived and give updates. Very smooth and excellent care for my boy! Frankie gives Dr Moser and team 5 stars!

Our vet recommended we see the specialist as an emergency because of some concerning blood work results. We were so grateful for the patience and kindness we received from Laurie, who took the time to explain everything, from fasting our dog to what to expect. She even asked for medical records to have them ready for the doctor and created a profile beforehand. Once we arrived, the team was just as kind and helpful. Our best friend (dog) felt very comfortable with them, and they were thorough in explaining what was happening or what might be happening. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience; it really helped us during a moment when my anxiety was overwhelming. Our sweet girl is doing much better 🙏🏻🙏🏻
