Our most recent visit was AMAZING! Everyone is friendly and kind and patient and understanding. Such a wonderful experience with knowledgeable folks! Focusing on pets anxiety and doing the curb side waiting room instead of waiting in a real waiting room was spectacular! Also making sure we are able to afford medications and helping me navigate what options I have based off of our income was above and beyond, thank you!

I love Shiloh. Dr. Schneider is amazing with our pets! Such kind, caring staff! Yesterday we had an allergic reaction emergency with our new puppy. They were waiting with open arms when I walked in, quickly whisking him to the back for an assessment. I have no doubt that their speed made all the difference. They made sure that everything came up, and he seems to be fine. So very grateful that they were there for me in a potentially life-threatening emergency. Dr. Craig was awesome, and Melissa was so very kind to me while I was distressed. Sarah also helped us in the back with making sure that all of the bad stuff came up while gently holding our guy. Thank you, Shiloh, we appreciate you so much!

We had such a positive experience with this veterinary office. Your office saw both of my sick dogs (2 separate appt - one in Dover and one in Manchester), fitting them into your schedule and mine as earliest as was available. Dr. Moon and vet techs were incredibly patient and compassionate, especially knowing how anxious both dogs were. The staff did everything they could to help ease their extreme anxiety during the checkup, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. The calm atmosphere in the exam rooms as well as the easy-to-understand approach to getting both dogs to feel better really stood out to me and made me feel comfortable about returning in the future for all of my pet care needs. How can this be called a “fear-free” practice? We brought our dog in for a happy visit two days before his scheduled vet appointment. Since it was close to closing time, we were asked to wait in the weigh-in room. A few minutes later, one of the nurses came in to offer him treats. At first, our dog was completely fine—he greeted her and played with her. However, he became anxious once the door was closed, especially with another dog going in and out of the area. He began showing signs of fear-based aggression and even growled. I told the nurse to keep her distance and to be cautious, but she ignored both my warnings and my dog’s signals and continued trying to give him treats. Dr. Onstott is one of the most beautiful people ive ever met, inside and out. She couldn't be any more caring and understanding. It is very hard to find a good vet, not to mention an exotic vet... but i feel like i won the lottery here. I love how thorough my appointments are, and how I feel cared for along with my animals. It is a very empathetic atmosphere, where you are listened to and worked WITH to find solutions. Dylan the vet tech was also insanely sweet and caring when it came to taking notes about my baby Twig ! Super easy to talk to!
