I met these nice people at Sherwood Pride. They shared advantages of their clinic and didn’t engage in any negative talk about competitors - character is key! Love the clinic, easy location, beautiful new facility, this place is heavy on process, you should want the most OCD vet and staff you can find! They were great making suggestions based on my puppy’s needs and understood when we reached the end of my stretched budget. I always want suggestions but have to get creative and stick to my budget owning 3 pups and a cat. The care instructions were clear, verbal and written. They were WAY ahead of quoted timeframes, both for checkin and pickup. I have been taking my amazing dog to Dr. Schlimgen since he was 8 weeks old and I wouldn’t to anywhere else! Even when he is not available, and I see a different provider,I get the best treatment for Charlie and I always feel like they take such care in making sure we are both comfortable in any situation.

I LOVE this clinic. My girl has to be there at least once a month, often more, as she is elderly and has a long term health concern that needs monthly injections. The staff here recognize her on site and greet her warmly every time. They are so patient with my frequent calls, my anxiety with my girls health (neurotic mommy over here), and explain everything very well. I have literally called two or three times in a day to clarify things and they are so gentle and patient with me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here. My girl has seen 4 of the vets, but we have a main doctor she sees, Dr. Janik and this gal is simply amazing! She is so empathetic, calm, friendly, and so very knowledgeable. Everyone was so kind, the office is very clean and we felt a genuine sense of care for our family. Our dog got 2 teeth extracted and had a full dental cleaning. His mouth looks amazing and his teeth are so sparkly! They thoroughly explained all the after care, what was to be expected and called to check in on him following his procedure. We’ve been looking for a primary care provider for our dog and we definitely found the right place.

This vet office has everything I was looking for when I decided to switch veterinary care for my 7 year old cat. Great location, super clean, no overcrowding/over booking, amazing customer service. Dr. Janik is so kind, took her time in the examination & explaining the coarse of treatment, and took great care of my cat. It feels really good to now have a compassionate & reliable vet office. Cannot recommend enough
