Holy wow! Pacific NW Pets has the most raw and frozen foods I've ever seen in a single place. The store was full of hard to find natural products. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were great. 5/5. 100% recommend.

I stopped in here while one of my cats was getting neutered at Cat Adoption Team. I had gone in expecting to purchase some food for 2 kittens who have had chronic diarrhea for 2 months despite being seen by a veterinarian multiple times, being given pumpkin, prebiotics, probiotics, and high quality limited ingredient wet food. I decided to ask for guidance about feeding these kittens since nothing seemed to be working. I’m so glad I did! The owner spent 10 minutes walking me through the best options and giving me tips. Despite owning cats my entire life, and knowing a lot about theirs needs, I learned that some of things I had been doing were likely part of the cause of the continued diarrhea. It’s been just over a week and one of the kittens is completely back to normal with the other not

This store is one of my favorites! they have a great selection of limited and single ingredient treats along with high quality raw and fresh diets that I feel good about feeding my pup! the staff are very helpful and kind which makes going to this place an overall great experience! ❤️

First time customer and drove out here looking for a specific food, called ahead, not impressed on customer service. Ended up with the wrong food and didn’t realize until too late. At least Mud Bay down the way double checked items for me after I mentioned my dog had allergies.

Went there for the Hazel's House cat rescue adoption event. Nice place.
