Shepherd Spring Animal Hospital

Baxter and I are from Iowa visiting family. Baxter has had stomach issues since July and has been to his vet in Iowa. Baxter seemed a little worse so I decided to take him here for a second opinion and to help him with symptoms now. From the first call to get appointment through the entire exam every one showed they cared and listened to my concerns; my budget was asked about and every effort was taken to staff under it while also making sure Baxter received tests and medications that he needed I highly recommend Shepard Spring Animal Hospital.

Awesome staff and Vet - very clean and pleasant. Fees are the normal as far as I can tell. Very convenient for me and happy to have them close by when needed. My cat was very well treated - thanks!!!

We recently had to euthanize our best friend and companion of the last 14 years, a small rescue terrier. This small dog was more than a companion, he was family. We contacted multiple Vets and services Within a 100 mi. Range. We finally settled on using Shepherd Springs Animal Hospital. Everyone at the Hospital was extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding. Their service exceeded any and all of our expectations. Their help and compassion was invaluable. Additionally, their fees were less than half of other Vets quotes. We can’t say enough praise about Shepherd Springs animal Hospital.

Dr Liz and the entire staff at Shepherd Spring are top shelf care for your pets, IMHO. We were having a slight emergency with my K-9 GSD,and they made room to see him in just a couple of hours. This, and the excellent care given, is why I feel it's worth the 70+ mile round trip for us to be clients of Shepherd Spring.!

They are wonderful at helping take care of our animals! Really appreciate the care and understanding of all the staff too!
