The staff is very friendly and everyone is always very helpful the best small town pet store this side of town.

I adopted a kitten from Tony at The Pet Shop. He is in great health. They put together a package for me and that was all I had to pay. They help with the adoption of some needy animals, stop in and see. Thanks again you all Jimbo is doing great!

I purchased a reptile basking bulb for $60+ on a Saturday. Got home, tried it in 2 different fixtures at home (both rated well above the wattage of the bulb) and it just flickered in both fixtures. I bought another bulb at a store closer to me because I needed it ASAP. The new bulb worked fine. My wife took the $60+ bulb back to the store for me the following Monday, with the receipt to return it. Tony plugged the bulb into a fixture in the store and said the bulb was fine so he would not take it back. I guess maybe he thought that would prompt us to purchase a new fixture from him like the one he tested the bulb in…? I will never spend another penny here. What a terrible and greedy way to do business. Anyone need an 80 watt UVB/heat bulb? It apparently works great and is a steal at $60! 🙄

We love Pet Stop they have great animals and a lot of different choices of fish and they had a lot of aquarium plants at a reasonable price
