I love care and attention my fur babies receive here! The staff is caring and empathetic. The vets are well educated and have lots of patience! They have transparent pricing and have not pressured me in a test or treatment. They just present the options and give me the facts.

We had a great experience. The vet was both knowledgeable and very considerate, especially when discussing my senior dog’s aging behaviors and medication options. They took the time to explain what was normal with aging, what to monitor, and how the meds could help. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which means a lot when you’re worried about changes in an older dog. I left feeling informed and reassured. I would definitely recommend them to anyone navigating senior pet care.

I couldn’t recommend the Shelby Street Animal Clinic ENOUGH!! My wife and I have taken all three of our girls there, both for sick visits and for general wellness. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk team is warm and helpful, the office itself is spotless, and you can tell everyone genuinely loves the animals they work with daily. Dr. Rivera is an absolute GEM of a vet. She’s knowledgable, patient, and incredibly compassionate. She took time each visit to get to know us, never rushed, and treated my girls like they were her own. It’s such a relief knowing that they are in such skilled and loving hands when they visit. Her smile is infectious and her confidence puts our anxious cat parent brains to rest. I was very pleased with my first vet visit with a stray cat I am rehoming. Dr. Rivera was very patient and understanding and answered all my questions. She was very gentle with my cat who is not used to being handled. The veterinary assistant who helped us was also very kind. I would recommend Dr. Rivera and the Shelby Street Clinic without hesitation.
