I’m updating my previous review. My last few experiences at Sharon Vet have been awful. My last vet visit I was made to feel like I was being judged for not wanting to give my dog a specific vaccine. Dr. E’s attitude was less than professional. This could have been handled differently by explaining to me why they believe a vaccine is important and the consequences for not doing it and if I had any other options. As it is, I have checked with other veterinary professionals and receiving far better, courtesy, and professionalism I will be getting the vaccine but not at this clinic. Opportunity missed. For years we brought our dog, Baji, here and really liked all the vets and vet techs who took care of him. That should be clear — my complaints are not about the care Baji received here. He just died a couple of days ago and while trying to deal with this really horrible loss and pain, we have to go through the excruciating process of canceling all outstanding refill orders and plans, including his Petly plan. It was never explained to us that the Petly plan is basically nothing more than a payment plan, so when Baji died and we tried to cancel the plan, we were told there was a $500 balance for services already rendered.
