We have been customers of Pet Assist for about 2 years, since we moved to the area and didn't know anyone to ask to watch our kitties when we are away to see family. Whenever we are away, we call in the PetAssist team for the Deluxe Cat Sit, which includes playing with the cats for 30 mins or so, checking to make sure the heat/home systems are working and bringing the mail/packages in. We have never had such peace of mind while traveling until we started working with Janis and the team! We get photos and commentary every single day and report cards. They are incredibly responsive to messages in their app, and have always communicated any questions they might have had. The cost is around $25 a day and what we get in return is WELL worth it. We use PetAssist for our cat sitting and they are just outstanding. They have a portal that makes it easy to schedule and communicate with the team. They take great care of our cat and keep us and provide regular updates and photos while we are away.

We LOVE Pet Assist! Janis, Andrew and the Pet Assist team are dependable, trustworthy, honest and pet loving. We literally don't trust our dog with anyone ... and we feel completely comfortable and at ease with Pet Assist. Our dog gets daily walks and after each visit they leave a very detailed "report card" describing the visit. We also get photos of the visit emailed to us instantly (it's the best part of our day!). In addition, there have been times where we realize we need last minute service and, without fail, they are always there for us. Their service gives us so much peace of mind knowing that our pup is in good hands.
I am so happy to have found Pet Assist! They take amazing care of my cat and send me an email with a photo after each visit. The team is super quick to respond and I love having my own web portal to schedule appointments and make payments. I'd confidently recommend Pet Assist to everyone!
