I met Jack Armstrong @ the Pup Festival @ City North in Phoenix Arizona. I'm so thankful that I stopped @ his booth!!! My baby girl Addie & myself were in much need of a harness that allowed me to properly train her. The customer service he provides is WONDERFUL!!!
