Hale Pet Doors was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The company is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Nick did the installation and was fantastic — clearly experienced, friendly, and very detail-oriented. The install took less than an hour, and the quality of work was outstanding. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Overall, an amazing job and I would highly recommend Hale Pet Doors to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional install.

Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! Ryan and Kyle were kind, thorough, quick, clean and friendly. What more could you ask for? I was afraid of water intrusion or ruining my pristine stucco…turns out Ryan and Kyle made sure this installation was perfect AND on top of that…took their shoes off in the house by their own choice. The care they took for my home and my pet was top notch. The product (both the doggy door and the outdoor run) are high quality. I’m not worried at all about longevity after seeing this installation. Worth every penny.

This place is awesome. They called me the same day after I requested information. They had Kyle out for a free consultation the day after that. They brought the parts just in case, but I was so impressed, I just went ahead and had them do the job on the spot. These are high quality dog doors, not some home Depot stuff. Same day install. Looks like a million bucks. My service technician was Kyle, and he was right on time, and did a fantastic job. The whole process was fast, easy and efficient. Our recently adopted doggy has a nervous bladder and we were in need of a quick solution to get her access to the yard while we’re away. Hale was able to get us scheduled in under two days and the install took just about an hour for a side wall. Ryan was our installer and did a fantastic job not only installing the door but helping our doggy while we train her to accept guests in the home. He was quick, knowledgeable, and an absolute dog person through and through. The install looks great!
