Great grooming. Very professional. Consistent cuts. Friendly and my dog is always so excited to go and so happy after her "spa" day.

They did such a great job on my labradoodle! I’ve taken him to several groomers in Columbus and I’ve never been so happy with his cut (we’ve had some bad ones in the past). They also gave him the cutest Thanksgiving bandana. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff - highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my pups to Shampoodles for close to 10 years. They have always come home groomed well and very happy! My pups have always been treated with tlc and. I am thankful! I recommend Shampoodles to everyone!

I will start by stating that I brought my 7lb Maltese yorkie to TLC 2-3 times before I decided to stop going there. When I took my pup there recently to Whitney, he came back with a great cut but when we got home, he was shaking and pacing like he did when he was coming off of sedation from his teeth cleaning. He was so distraught and nervous, unlike any time I had picked him up before. he would not eat or drink and hardly wanted to go outside or play at all. I called TLC and the owner called me back and assured me they would check with Whitney to see if he was scared by another dog or something else.
