Shake A Paw Rescue and Adoption Center

I love Shake a Paw, the staff are really generous with customers and the puppies. I had a good experience staff was patient and they have a vast knowledge of each of the pups. All pups were well groomed, and cleaned Through the windows all pups were active and interacted with me. Which made ot such a difficult choose a pup. I finally ended with a beautiful brown and white shih tuz. I named him " Brownie." If you want the best of the best when it comes on choosing a forever furry friend. Head out to "SHAKE A PAW" You will be glad you did. They are PAWFECT!!!

I liked working with Bryan. He helped me find a puppy that fit my temperament I was looking. 2 weeks later after bringing the pup home things are still going well

Listen !! Shout out to my girllll Joyceee ! She is patient, kind, amazing expert in her field, attentive, down to earth, knowledgeable and caring and really since animals and it shows !! I love this location and everyone should go here for the Pet needs !! We adopted a chihuahua mix named Marley ! And we love him ! Thank you Joyce for making my little sisters dreams come through !

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU LOVE ANIMALS. Witnessed horrible conditions for their dogs and staff are certainly not animal lovers. Please take your business elsewhere there are many many many reputable places to get a puppy or older dog in NJ.

Not really a "rescue and adoption center." It's a puppy store where the pups are all in glass cages. They had no rescues when I visited, but even if they did, they would've been in the same glass cages (I saw labels on 3-4 empty cages that a rescue had just been adopted). No reason to visit this place if you're looking to adopt a rescue.
