Bond Vet - Union

I started taking my miniature poodle Zoey, to Bond Vet recently and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. As a very worried dog mom, I tend to ask a lot of questions, and from the first visit where Zoey got her shots and blood work—to her second visit for a level 1 dental extraction, the team has been absolutely wonderful. Zoey is my world, and I can be a bit extra when it comes to her care. But the staff at Bond Vet was so patient, kind, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure Zoey was comfortable every step of the way. Started out with a VetCo and wasn't a fan of how they man-handled my little guy; so I tried BondVet. Couldn't be happier with them. They were SO kind and gentle with my little Giorgio- even giving him a care package after being neutered. I was brought to tears with how loving they were towards him- such a professional location with an AMAZING staff. Will be back. <3

I had an amazing experience here at Bond Vet! I came in around 5:30 pm hoping they would able to see my dog even though they closed at 6pm and they were so welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process all thanks to Monique, Breana, and Dr. Friedman. My baby was feeling all better within a couple of hours from his allergic reaction 🥺

I had an emergency situation with my dog called all around on a Saturday no one had visits found Bond Vet and glad I did. I got a visit right away and they went above and beyond expectations. They went over all cost so the only surprise at the end on how it was within my budget. They gave me an action plan and am very grateful. Everyone was super nice and the place itself is very clean and well maintained and organized. Thank God for BondVet and for taking care of my little doggie.

The veterinarian was great and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I do wish that before items were added to the invoice, there had been more explanation and transparency around the costs. If a sample needs to be taken or an additional service is recommended, it would be helpful to explain the reason and the associated charges beforehand. Rather than adding items directly to the invoice, clearly reviewing and confirming costs with patients in advance would make the experience feel more transparent and comfortable.
