Kristin saved the day for us when Petco did a terrible job with our miniature schnauzer puppy's hair cut by cutting his eyebrows off! Kristin is so professional and our puppy loved her from the minute that he saw her. She gave him a great all over cut, and de-matted the fur around his legs and trimmed his nails. Which Petco also failed to do. We will be making the 1 hour drive from Charles Town from now on for our dogs grooming. Shaggy's is worth every mile of that drive!!
Shaggy's is great! They're very good with my dogs and the dogs always come home looking great. The staff are great and customer service is excellent.
My Bernedoodles love going to Shaggy's to get their hair did. I have nothing but good things to say about them, I would recommend them to everyone.
Shaggy’s never fails to take care of my babies and treat them as their own. They look and smell amazing after their appointments! The staff are wonderful and are very trusting. Oh and the annual holiday pictures are an added bonus :) I will always recommend them to anyone!
Best place in the area for pet grooming. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else.
