The best dog salon in St Joe! Tess, Lenzie, and Tressa are all fantastic at what they do. They take such good care of every dog that walks through those doors, from loving on them like family to providing the most beautiful haircuts. Tess has put so much thought and care into making this a safe, clean environment for our dogs and I can’t recommend her and her team enough!

Everyone we’ve dealt with at the salon has been awesome. We take our babies to Mary (as does everyone in our immediate family!) She is so patient and kind with them (and us!) Both of our puppies are rescues, one of which is very scared at first. Both of them took to her immediately. They look and smell beautiful when we come to pick them up. The online appointments make it super easy to see what is available so you can chose what works best for your schedule. I highly recommend this shop! 💕

Look at this double coated, 100lb+ ball of fluff! She's a big girl with lots of hair, and Mary does such an amazing job with her. Mary is one of Dd's favorite, if you can't tell from the picture of the two. We've taken her to a few different groomers before finding Mary and Tess, and Dd just didn't get comfortable with the others. They provide such a safe, comfortable environment for the fur babies, and from the groom, to how much the babies love them in return, you can tell that they do this with all of their heart. We will never take our girls to anyone else, we'll follow them anywhere! For anyone whose baby is struggling with allergies and it's affecting their skin - go to Mary and Tess, they've saved our girls skin - and fur!

We took our long haired cat to be groomed for the first time today. I was SO impressed with the salon and the girls who took care of our girl. She came back looking and smelling beautiful! Her coat was so soft. They also recommended combs/brushes that could help at home as the products we were using wasn’t enough. I will definitely be back if they continue cat grooming days!!

However, I have complete confidence in the groomers at Shaggy to Chic, and complete confidence in my pups when they are there. They truly care about your animals and it shows. They strive to make it a great and fun experience for your animals instead of a scary and forceful experience. Not only do they make your pets look and feel better, but they help to build their confidence in a new place with new things around them. I am so appreciative of the time they spent to ease my pups into the process and making them feel comfortable. Their services are top tier!
