Tuesday 02/10/2026 I had an appointment to get my cat groomed I took her and drop her off. She was ready to pick up a 4 pm and when I came in I payed and was told everything was good and then I left. But unexpectedly get a call the next morning 02/11/2026 when I was at work that I’m supposed to bring my cat in because the vet wants to do labs on her bc she had diarrhea why is this the first I hear of it why didn’t they tell me that when I went to pick up my cat for one? Also, I didn’t make no appointment in my cat didn’t have any problems before and she still doesn’t have any problems. She’s not having diarrhea at home. She eats fine and she’s acting fine. Yesrerday was my first time there and it was good experence. I took my male Frenchie Ammo to get neutered and a rabies shot. They took really good care of him. They loved him. The vet was really nice, I asked if he would call me after surgery so I know my boy was ok and he did call me to let me know. All the girls were nice and very caring. They answered all my questions. I asked them about my friends cat and they were honest with me and said with cats its best to bring him in for the Dr to look at him. They gave me a quote for my female dogs. Yes I recommend Animal Creatures Vet Hospital. I will be back with my boy and my female dogs will be going there. I felt really good about leaving my boy there. Rabies shot for my dog Chloe today. Everyone there is very hard working and we appreciate them! Even with how busy they were, they were sweet and got us in and out fast!

We saw Dr. Broski for a second opinion. At our first visit he was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Although, things didnt work out for our Jewell, we got answers. Dr. Broski and his staff made us feel cared for. I am so appreciative of them. They were affordable as well.

Good maintenance veterinary clinic. Rooms are clean & staff is caring. Veterinarians seem quite up-to-date knowledgeable with dogs & cats care. Two thumbs up for caring staff. 👍 👍
