The staff is very compassionate and helpful. On Saturday at 6am we brought our dog, Sailor, in because we thought he had an upset tummy that he couldn’t shake but it turned out to be much worse. The vet on duty, I don’t remember her name, was thorough and explained the situation well and gave her recommendations so we could make a clear decision about the next steps. Ultimately we had to make the decision to send our baby over the rainbow bridge. The staff gave us a comfortable, private room to spend as much time as we wanted with him to say goodbye. The staff was so compassionate and calm during the entire process which put us and our boy at ease. Once our boy had crossed they allowed us to stay with him as long as we needed. On December 26th, I was taking my dog Ella for a walk to the dog park when she suddenly threw up, collapsed, and could barely walk. I was terrified and had no idea what was happening. I rushed her to Seven Oaks, and the moment I walked through the door and handed her off to the team, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. Dr. Navarro, Ashlynn, and Jackilyn were incredibly efficient, calm, and compassionate. They quickly diagnosed the issue, started treatment, and handled all the documentation smoothly while keeping me informed every step of the way. I truly cannot thank them enough for taking such excellent care of my baby. I highly recommend this pet hospital! My cat was having some respiratory issues and they took such great care of her. They were very gentle and accommodating toward her, as she is very timid. As for me they went above and beyond explaining everything to me regarding her treatment / care and costs. I appreciate the thoroughness and the kindness they showed me and my cat. I’d also like to add that the facility is very clean and well maintained. Start to finish my experience was wonderful, I definitely made the right choice bringing my cat here! 🐾❤️

The urgent care vet Dr. Tim Jones is remarkable! I can’t say enough positive things about his compassion, and expertise. The support staff working with him, vet tech Angel Aquino and Marianna in reception, also went above and beyond to keep me informed, calm and comfortable. Two paws up from our family! 🐾 ❤️

Had a great experience, Dr. Baker and Robin the vet tech were amazing! They got me in very quickly and were able to diagnose and save my cats life. Also appreciate they ask your budget and what you can afford, making a stressful experience a little less stressful. Robin also kept me up to date on how he was doing through out the day. 10 out of 10 will be recommending to friends and family.
