I have known Dr. Lester for three years, and she is truly one of the best veterinarians I have ever worked with. Her extensive experience, deep knowledge, and genuine passion for animal care are remarkable. She consistently takes the time to explain every detail with exceptional bedside manner. I took my Maltese, Crystal, to GoodVets Wesley Chapel this morning for a last-minute appointment after she woke up crying and clearly in pain. They were able to schedule us immediately, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Lester examined Crystal head to toe and was so sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves what she does by the way she treated my dog. She prescribed medication and put together a comprehensive plan of care, which gave me so much peace of mind. Julie was also wonderful and even gave Crystal a complimentary nail trim. Everyone — from the front desk staff to the medical team — was polite, kind, and attentive. The facility itself is beautiful and very clean. This was our first visit, but I will absolutely be establishing ongoing care for Crystal here. T

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary office. Losing my dog Cujo was one of the hardest moments of my life, and the compassion shown to me during and after that day meant more than I can put into words. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with such patience, gentleness, and genuine care even while I was hysterically crying and could barely speak. No one rushed me. No one made me feel uncomfortable. They allowed me the space and dignity to grieve, and they treated Cujo with so much respect and love. Receiving a card with Cujo’s paw print, signed by the entire staff, was incredibly touching and brought tears to my eyes all over again. It reminded me that he wasn’t “just another patient” to them. Faith at the front desk truly stood out—she was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process seamless and took the time to answer questions with patience and kindness, which immediately put me at ease. The veterinary staff were just as wonderful—knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of their patients. You can tell this office genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. Thanks in large part to Faith’s outstanding customer service and the excellent care we received, this will absolutely be our go-to vet. Highly recommend!

First off I will say the people here are very nice. So that's my only reason for the 2 stars. Apart from that this was a pretty bad experience. My dog had an issue and they just opened so I decided to give them a try. Not I will say for your basics they probably are a good vet. My issue with them is honesty. I believe if a procedure is outside of your abilities you should advise the customer of that or just decline service. I paid around $2000 to help my dog's ear and got absolutely nothing for it. The first operation part within 24 hours she had the same condition. I brought her back in and was told they could try it again for another $1400. Then they were supposed to try a different approach to drain and insert a tube and the tube was not done so within 2 days again, same condition. Ult
