Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital

The care we receive here is always top notch! This is where we have taken our critters for the last several years. From emergency surgeries for a cat that had several bladder stones and was unable to urinate, to just regular health checkups.... they were there! I trust taking my fur babies here and appreciate all the attention to detail that goes into a visit. We love to see Dr. Jim, but of course that isn't always possible. I have nothing but good things to say about all the Dr's there.

We were initially charged for vaccines not received, when those charges were removed, cost was still more. (I was told not everything had yet been added.) Front office staff was courteous until I questioned charges. They became less courteous and computers then were suddenly not working.... This is the 3rd vet in less than a year. Vets are leaving practice —do I need to say more?

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sevene Bend Veterinary Hospital and the entire team at Sevene Bend Veterinary Hospital. From the moment we walked in, they treated my pet with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. The staff took the time to explain every step of the visit, answered all my questions, and made sure my pet felt comfortable and safe. Dr. Vick is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate — it’s clear they truly love animals and are dedicated to their well-being. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs efficiently without ever feeling rushed.

If I could leave less than one star at this point, I would. It started off great with a referral for my elder dog, thank you all for that. However, another one of my pets needed surgery and I will admit, I have high standards for the care of my animals. I'd only heard good things about this vet and was excited to get care here. I brought my dog in and his records got transferred and surgery was scheduled for the following day. Now, mind you, I keep up with ALL of my animals vaccines, etc. So I was very surprised when the estimate for the surgery included ALL vaccines and said he wasn't up to date. Upon speaking with the doctor, she stated "well the tech said he was overdue, but I never actually looked at his records." I said, "did you receive his records?". To which she said, "yes, but the

Great staff! Great facility! Alpha, my husky, always receives great care at Seven Bends. We always have a positive experience there. My daughter lives in Alexandria VA, and she drives to Woodstock to Seven Bends, each and every time her dog (Moose) needs veterinary services or to be boarded overnight if she has to travel. That speaks volumes! Our dogs are family, and we trust Seven Bends, and appreciate all they do for us.
