Scrub A Pup

This was my 10 month old Havanese dog’s second professional grooming, I was a tab bit nervous. However, Isabela did such a good job at getting to know our needs. She did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back to see her in the future.

The best self wash place in Arlington and great groomers too. Prices are better than other less equipped places. Owner Sam is super friendly and gracious. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve tried so man different groomers and this is the only one I’ve stuck with due to horrible past experiences. Scrub a Pup did a great job grooming Charlie! Friendly staff and gentle care. Highly recommend!

I was referred to your grooming service by someone I trust, but unfortunately, my experience has left me very disappointed. I was contacted and informed that my dog was ready for pickup, but upon arrival, I was told the grooming was not completed. I was then informed that my dog became distressed during the process — he had urinated, bit his tongue, and was bleeding, which is very concerning. My dog will be 2 in four months and has been groomed every 3 months since he was 6 months old. In all that time, no groomer has ever told me they were unable to complete the service due to his behavior. Call beforehand and see if they honor their posted hours or be prepared to take home a dirty dog. I was counting on washing my dog after the muddy park. Showed up 2 hours before close and had to go in to find out they were closed. Just needed 15 minutes to self wash my dog after the park. All four bays were open. No reason given after asking why the early close. A believable lie would have been better than an indifferent shrug. A groomer was still working on a dog. No other options in the area without appointment. Won't make this mistake again. Maybe they're just giving up. Maybe the owner wasn't there and isn't aware that their business is being run this way in their absence. This was on Friday, 1/30.
