I'll start off by saying that for any negative reviews here: check the source, they're typically folks who leave negative reviews for just about anything they write on Google review. That being said, I started with Dr. Dorton's office during the COVID pandemic. Things were difficult with everything being mostly on lockdown but the world mostly got through the pandemic and so did Dr. Dorton's office and his staff in caring for their client's needs. Dr. Dorton's office has seen various dog's i've owned and most recently a Standard Poodle name Madame Whiskey WillowPillow for a follow-up on some minor stomach / disgetive issue while I was travelling between states. As much as I love my dog, I also love her enough to realize that she is a dog as well as a domesticated animal, not a human being.

Everybody that works there is so nice and patient. I know if my pupper likes them they must be good. The Dr is very knowledgeable and explains everything. No rush. I hope they're there forever

Scranton Animal Hospital has provided excellent care for my pets for many years. The doctors communicate very well, have great recommendations, and answer questions honestly. The vet nurses and office staff are also very kind and gentle with the animals. I would highly recommend this veterinary office for your pet’s health needs.

Got my 7.month old male English Setter neutered yesterday by Dt. KYLE. Cant say enough about how kind Dr and staff were. So grateful to have Dr. Kyle carry on his Dafs tradition of great veterinary care. Staff so compassionate..they treat you like family. I've trusted Dr Keith with my dogs for 30 years. So happy to say Dr. Kyle has that same calm demeanor,caring personality and gives great care to my fur babies. Thank you all for taking such good care of my new best friend

Had my kitty neutered, very pleased with entire process!! Grayson was running around next day! Great job! Been going to Dr Dorton for many years
