Jerry's Comfort Flooring

This was probably the best carpet experience I've had. Jerry came and measured, helped me pick out my carpet, and got the job scheduled sooner than he promised. Nick was the installer and was friendly and fast. He finished two bedrooms, a hall, and steps in half a day by himself. I highly recommend.

I just want to give a shout out to Jerry's Comfort Flooring in Scranton for finally repairing our staircase runner... Several of our dogs have taken their turn at pulling at it over the years... and I've been looking for someone for over a year to fix this & I was constantly told the job wasn't big enough, or they were afraid to touch it because of the turn of the steps. Many would come out & I'd never hear from them again. So happy with the results! I will definitely be using them the next time we need carpeting!

Great customer service. Something you don't see anymore. We used Jerry for 6 different jobs, including replacing 2000 square feet of carpet in a luxury townhouse. Jerry is personally involved with every install. You can't get much better. Highly recommend!!

We spent a lot of time talking to Jerry, got along with him quite well. He installed one room, OK. Runner for the stairs? For some reason, he thought we wanted treads although we specifically stated several times we wanted a runner. Not only did he call me a liar when I said a runner, he charged us for the wasted material for HIS mistake. Dishonest, ignorant, and greedy. NEVER AGAIN.

No pressure enviorment. Jerry makes you feel right at home. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And then Nick the installer was excellent, friendly, great at installing. Would use them again.
