She won’t take my dog because she’s 13 years old. She’s a very youthful dog. Not the best policy but it’s your business.

Three of my family’s dogs have come here. We took our Pomerania first because we thought he would be the best behaved. They let me hold my dog while they cut his nails and I stayed for the groom. The staff in the back bathing area (Bea and Kristina) were wonderful and really good working with him- he has a heart murmur and bad anxiety and they made sure he was ok the whole time. Lindsay was his groomer and she is fantastic- we now bring him regularly because of how wonderful they were with him. After our experience with our first dog w now bring the other two too. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate with all of the animals - they even groom bunnies too!

The first time I took my dogs here for grooming the girls did an excellent job, however the next 2 visits were not the same as the first. They barely trimmed my dogs , nails were not trimmed and my pom had knotted hair behind his ears when I picked him up. The price was the same each time I took my dogs and each time the groomer did less grooming. Was very satisfied initially but no longer happy

My dog loves the attentive staff. She always comes home happy. Just a mix up last time with no regular scheduled appointment. We have to wait more than 5 weeks for an appointment this time so she hasn't been groomed in several months. Somehow never scheduled and my dog is really dirty. Love the off season when the regulars are scheduled conveniently and regularly.

We have two small, long haired dogs who require regular grooming. One of my dogs is anxious and I was worried about her being aggressive. Lindsay allowed me to make a late appointment with my dog and be there to support her during her first groom. I'm so thankful for her and her team. Lindsay and her staff are so knowledgeable about grooming and it's obvious that they love what they do. It shows in their work! I can't reccomend them enough, I will definitely be bringing both my dogs here from now on.
