Visiting the area and my dog wasn’t feeling well, called and was able to get same day appointment. Dr Hope and the entire staff were very patient and took the time to explain examination, recommendations to insure understanding and agreement. Dr. Hope called next day to check on Freya’s condition and to reassure me that although she would be out of town at a conference that other vets in the practice could help us if needed. The level of care and service is preeminent and I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

I have been taking my pets to Parkway Vet for many years without any issues—until now. I am appalled by the callousness and rudeness I recently encountered from the office staff. My cat has asthma and has been on the same inhaler for eight years. When I called to request a refill, I explained that I am currently in Philadelphia with my husband, who is terminally ill and undergoing chemotherapy. Given the circumstances, I asked if they could send me a prescription for his inhaler or send it to the pharmacy. To my shock, the staff member was unhelpful and insisted I bring my cat in for a check-up first, despite the fact that I was there only eight months ago. I found her attitude to be incredibly rude and heartless. I never expected such treatment from a place I trusted for so long.

I was away and my Miniature Schnauzer was home . I got a call that Maggie wasn't right. She couldn't go to the bathroom, was throwing up and hiding. I felt helpless as I couldn't get there to take her to the dr. The vet was called but they said they couldn't take her until almost 2 hours later. I then called them, hysterical crying, and my cousin had to take the phone. Long story short, Dr. Clifford Mosson, whom I've known for many years, said that there was no dr. Coming in until my appointment time, but, although he was leaving out the door, turned around and said, bring her in now, I will be here waiting for you! Have gone here for years ….was great .But something has changed? Maybe new ownership? Corp took it over ?? Dr Ernst was always great with my Big boy German Shepherd. He is such a big baby. Problem is the Front Desk more so I guess the Supervisor??? I don’t know what her title is??? After the last visit we will never go back there again. I’m sure it is no big deal to them. But , if you do go there have them go over everything they are going to do to your pet and how much it will be in “Writing”.

Very good service. The staff were professional and friendly. The wait time was excellent, was seen quickly after I arrived. I saw Dr. Singh he listen, was very friendly and professional. Gave my cat a Good thorough exam. Received good advice and recommend my cat to be on a special diet which i am Happy to say my kitty has been improving in the last 48 hours since seeing the doctor, so happy.
