Recently moved to the area and finally had a day off to take my dogs out. I needed to stop by a groomer and was referred to this location, so I scheduled an appointment through the app. The app was very easy to use. On the day of service, Shanae called to confirm my appointment and was extremely welcoming. She showed me where the pet bathroom area was and clearly explained all the services they offer. She made the entire process smooth and helped my dog feel comfortable and stress-free. The service was efficient and didn’t take long. I received a text when my dog was ready, and when I returned everything was prepared and seamless. Great service and a great first experience. Shanae did an excellent job.

I lovvveee the ladies at the Viera location. I’m so happy my husband found SH. We have a 10 year old black lab and I’ve taken her to a lot of groomers over the years and I can say SH is the best. They take such great care of her and they send me a health check when she’s done which no groomer has ever done. I trust these ladies with my sweet girl and know they go the extra mile and don’t take any shortcuts. We have found our forever groomer. Thanks SH Viera!

Incredible! 100/10 recommend this location and the staff. We took our 2 huskies here for the first time and they did an incredible job. The staff is so knowledgeable, caring and so talented. Jamie took her time explaining all the services they performed, went into detail, and answered every question we had. We never felt rushed or like we had to hurry up and get out of there. She called us several times to make sure we were okay with certain treatments also. I was completely afraid of taking our 2 dogs to any groomer before this, but this location has earned 2 new customers who will be here monthly. Thank you Jamie and Gina for everything!

My Bolt loves a bath and grooming. This location took great time with him. They really did a great job.
