Scenthound

This was our first time at Scenthound. We had a free voucher from the adoption agency and decided to take both of our dogs here. Employees and manager were extremely nice and helpful. Both dogs received excellent service, and smell so good!! We decided to also get the monthly memberships for both of them. Great pricing and products!

My experience at Scenthound Stuart was disturbing and heartbreaking. I brought my 15-year-old dachshund mix, Maxi, in at 9:00 AM for a full groom. They called at 11:00 AM saying he was ready. When I arrived and paid $83 cash, he was still wet, the large mat on his ear was untouched, and his coat was sticking out like it hadn’t been properly cut at all. I complained, and they took him back to “fix it.” After waiting nearly four hours total, they brought him out again — and it was worse. His body was shaved too close, his legs were choppy and uneven, his feet still fluffy, tail uneven, and ears butchered. It looked rushed and completely unprofessional. I later discovered his nails were still so long they clicked loudly on the floor — meaning I paid for services that were not even done pro

Love the staff at Stuart Scenthound! They are so personable and friendly. Even our big guy doesn't mind going with them for a grooming. They do a great job and we are always happy to see their smiling faces.

By far my best experience with any dog service over 25 years of owning animals. The staff authentically cares about your dog and what they specifically need to help them stay clean and healthy. My dog, Garth, has been going monthly since they opened and struggles with seasonal allergies. The treatments and products they use has made a complete difference in his happiness now that his itchiness has been reduced. Garth's experience has been so good that he gets more excited when he hears "Scenthound" than when he hears "walk," which I never thought was possible. I'm lucky to be close to this location - thank you for all you do for me and my boys, team Scenthound Stuart!

A nice place for the dogs to get baths. I have an older German shepherd & a blind cattle dog. It’s not easy for me to leave the fur kids, but the staff here have made getting baths better. We appreciate them taking care of the fur kids and doing what is best for them. Sometimes Cleo (blind dog) doesn’t like her nails done and they’ll ask me if they should proceed or just leave them, so they don’t stress her out. For our family we prefer they don’t do something if the dogs don’t like it, and appreciate all the staff honoring this. As long as the dogs are happy. We’re all happy. Thank you for being kind to the fur kids & making it fun with the notes.
