I cannot explain properly in words how impressed I am. I am the Human of a 14-year-old husky. I am always very leery about taking him to the groomer because of his hip dysplasia. They took such exceptional care of him. I was fully updated on how his experience went. They were incredibly gentle and accommodating. And they helped me get him back into the car because that is always a challenge. I’m so impressed that I’m almost getting teared up just talking about this.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SCENTHOUND!! My dogs Gigi & Hamilton (aka Hammy) love it too!! Scenthound's #1 priority is the overall well-being of their furry clients! They do fabulous grooming but most of all they focus on my dogs physiological health. Hammy is blind, I'm so grateful to the staff for taking great care of him!! After the appointment they discuss the state of my dogs hygiene and health concerns (if any) that should be addressed with my Vet or I have the Scenthound package to chat with their 24/7 Vet. Talk about CONVENIENT!! Gigi, Hammy and I always leave Scenthound happy - dogs have a pep in their step which says a lot! Terrible service! First time around after doing the basic service I was called by corporate to see how my service was and I told her I would not be continuing with the membership since after picking up my dog my car ride home smelled like wet dog. She offered to keep my membership the same price but include the blow dry option. I take him a second time and I get told by one of the front desk members that due to note stating my dog was “unable to be blow dried” from the last time they attempted to blow dry him they are not sure they can blow dry him again today. I told her that he’s never been blow dried here since we didn’t have that membership the first time around and I’m not sure where she’s getting this information from. So upon pick up I get told that my dog was unable to be blow drie

I took my boys, Wyatt (85 lbs) and Doc (124 lbs) to Scenthound for the first time last month and Scenthound is awesome!! Everyone is friendly, upbeat and helpful. Wyatt is very outgoing and was smiling the whole time. Doc is quieter but he was smiling too. We signed up to go every month. I'm so grateful to have a place to take my boys where they will be so well taken care of.
