This place is top notch; from scheduling my first appointment, to providing vaccine documentation, appointment reminders and, my actual appointment. The staff were friendly, professional and informative. I was hooked when asked to smell four different fragrances, and pick my favorite, to be used on my dog. They spent extra time with my dog as she is blind and has lost her ability to hear. They are more than groomers, they are a health care establishment taking great care of their clients.

My fur kids were so excited 😆 to come see you all! The entire team is always very caring, compassionate, genuine, kind, and loving towards my three Great Danes (Mabel, Ramona, and Abel Tucker). Wonderful service & friendly staff each time I bring my lab here. I love their package for the bath, brush, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and blow dry! I appreciate their easy scheduling system and fast service. I know that my dog is so well taken care with them.

My dog is very excitable/ energetic and can be considered overwhelming for most people, so I was very happy to hear that the team loved her and thought she was just a peach! She had some fear with the blow dryer and nail trimming but still thought of the staff as her best friends after everything!
