This business is poorly managed. We have been long-time customers with two golden retrievers. Despite calling ahead to say we would be 20 minutes late for a 9:00 a.m. drop off, we were told upon arrival that it was not an issue. Shortly after returning home, we received a call stating they could no longer accommodate our dog because they were fully booked. We politely explained the urgency due to allergies in our household. I explained we were not time restricted and we were happy to pick up later if they can squeeze her in. We were told “OK, no problem”. Five minutes later, a manager called to reverse course, deny service, and ask that we pick up our dog immediately. As a result, nearly an hour was wasted, and service was ultimately refused despite repeated reassurances our late arrival

Today we rescued our 4 yr old doggie Peppa and she was in dire need of a bath and haircut. We spoke to Briana who was amazing and worked to fit us in last minute. The team was so patient with our nervous girl. They made her look so amazing. I was really impressed with their compassion and level of professionalism. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Great place to get your pet groomed. The staff is friendly, professional, and gentle with your dog, plus, they do a great jod.

We love Scenthound, Jupiter. Paige is incredible every time we are there. We moved away from mobile groomers due to unreliability and have been very happy with our membership at Scenthound, Jupiter.
