She is very knowledgeable and will provide you as much detail as you are interested in absorbing. Excellent selection of all natural products with the sage advice to ensure you make the best decision for your best friend. She might even spoil your dog if you bring them with you! I was apprehensive about switching to a raw diet even after hours of online research, but Kim was able to put my mind at ease within a couple minutes of talking. She made the switch incredibly easy on me and my dog. It’s not often you find someone this passionate about their work, but you can feel it with Kim. Animal House healthy pet food store has been in business in the same place for 20 years! Kim and Rich are dedicated to researching and selling only the best foods, they're helpful, and very honest. My dog lived 16 years with their help and my other dog is 12 now and going strong. If you think you can't afford raw food for your dogs or you just want more information this is the place to go. I'd rather pay (about the same) for raw food than pay for vet visits! I'm convinced after witnessing the results of healthy food for my 2 dogs over the past 16 years and seeing people solve itch and allergy issues with better food.
