Scenthound Johns Creek West

This was a first (trial) spa bath and nail grind for my newly adopted 5-year-old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. After almost the first month she started "smelling a bit like a dog"! The environment as we entered the facility was inviting to Nina and she didn't seem the slightest bit nervous. The staff I met is knowledgeable and real dog lovers. She got all the loving greeting she needed to feel comfortable. To be honest she also likes to visit her Vet (so far). After her bath she was happy, her coat shined, and she smelled great! She was only slightly damp and truly not in need of any blow dry. She was also devoid of that thick shedding layer that has been filling my vacuum and a couple of days later is still shedding very little. We plan to sign up for the monthly subscription s

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was reading the previous reviews. This place has absolutely gone downhill. I was bringing my dog here for several years, but the management has changed. Every time I leave with my dog, she’s not clean and does not smell good. I could have done a better job washing her in my shower at home. The managers answer to me was to take her somewhere else they can’t help or do anything better. I would love to know who runs the franchise of this because they are losing good customers!

Scenthound is amazing. The staff is super friendly and they really took care of our dogs. They offer so many different options. We will definitely go back for another bath!

What a great find! Julie and her staff were exceptional. They took great care of Scout ( Frenchton) . She had the hygiene service which was perfect!
