Paid for the all basic package for nail trim, teeth clean, bath, added the de shed and anal gland expression to packages. I arrived after he was done and was told he was to scared to get deshedded which okay.. I understand, I explained beforehand he was scared but I understand. His anal glands had to be expressed two days later by a vet, they said they do not believe they expressed it at the groomers. And his nails are not trimmed.. I feel as if I paid over $100 for just a bath which I could have done at home…very disappointed.

I was running a few minutes late, So I called to let them know, then it took even longer than I thought to get there, ,but they still gave my dog the wash ,nail, and basic groom.. They texted me 30 minutes or so later saying I could pick up my dog. She smelled great looked great and she even seemed a bit spunkier than usual.. overall good experience I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet groomer.

I wish the outcome was better, the girl at the front desk was great, the first time or so it wasn’t bad, however after the last visit one of our dogs is now traumatized by bathing, i told them use treats for him, i specifically said not to use the drier and it was used the last time. now my dog won’t let me bathe him and i have to consider drugging my dog just to give him a bath. don’t go here unless you want them not to listen to you. it’s also a pain in the ass to cancel, i requested it dozens of times and they still tried to bill me.

Very kind and Very nice with the dogs. All I can say is, I have been to a lot of dog groomers and besides, their extra charge for drying the dogs, everything is good.. You should just charge extra for the grooming service instead of adding an extra charge to dry the dog. That kind of puts a taint to the whole service. I hope you guys can drop that charge.

Great price but I had a mediocre experience. My golden retriever still has some hair tangled after the grooming session and his fur is not as smooth as his fur is after a session with our go to groomer.. but granted he is a fluffy baby. I think they did do a good job on the hygiene service like ear and teeth cleaning though :)
