Been there twice now and both experiences have been great. Our Bichon has been happy both times after being there.

We had our Bernalier, Molly, groomed. She looks amazing and has the best haircut, feels so clean and smells amazing. Best grooming she's ever had! We were able to get an appointment within days. Fantastic experience!

I’ve been taking my dog here for almost a year. We love it! She just had her bath and everything about an hour and she’s relaxing, looking and smelling good now. The staff is very professional and friendly which makes the experience even better.

I’m a first time pet owner and though I’ve had my pup for the past 3 years , we have always struggled with nail trims being that they make him very anxious . I have taken Shadow to your normal pet stores and have not had good experiences. Today I decided to take Shadow into Scent Hound for a bath and a nail trim/grind. I was nervous about the change however, I am so glad I did. Not only was I provided with excellent customer service but they also give you a report card on how they did at the end of the appointment . Shadow came out relaxed and smelling good with his nails trimmed . I am very grateful that they took the time and patients to build Shadows trust. If you are looking for a change I would highly suggest giving Scent Hound a try.
